Sea Life Sydney Aquarium

Sea Life Sydney Aquarium is one of the largest aquariums in the world and is located in Sydney, New South Wales. This aquarium is home to over one thousand fish species and water creatures with 14 themed zones for visitors to explore each species unique habitat.

The ocean tunnel walk way
I recently visited this exquisite aquarium with my family and it was an amazing experience! The ocean tunnel walk through was definitely a majestic experience as sharks and other sea creatures swim around you. The vast range of ecosystems available to explore was another notable highlight!

Some memorable theme zones which I recommend you explore is the 'South Coast Shipwreck' which is home to animals native to the Southern Oceans including little penguins. Onlookers are able to look through the glass window and see penguins on the beach waddling away!

Another zone is the "Dugong Island' which is home to 2 out of the 5 dugongs in the world exhibits. In this theme zoned you are also able to see the white spotted eagle rays, various species of sharks and fish. In this zone, the aquarium hosts 'Dugong Talk Times' which allows visitors to listen to the story of Pig and Wuru, the 2 beautiful dugongs.

This aquarium is ideal for families with children as it offers many activities suitable for kids. Furthermore is this a perfect excursion for school children as there are many species to learn about and see. I would recommend everyone visit this beautiful attraction to explore the vast and diverse water species! To explore the whole attraction walk through can take a while so remember to bring water, however there is water and food available to purchase along the way
