Hyams Beach is a small beach located on the southern shores of Jervis Bay, in the City of Shoalhaven. This beach is a perfect getaway from the busy streets of Sydney to relax and reconnect with nature in this beautiful sanctuary.
My friends and I embarked on a roadtrip to Hyams Beach where we rented a beach house and enjoyed the serene landscape for three days! The beach house was conveniently located opposite of the beach and had an open space design which allowed a lot of sunlight and breeze to flow in.
Some activities which we did during our stay was going on a coastal walk from Jervis Bay to Hyams Beach which had some of the whitest sands rimmed by sparkling blue waters, it was truly a mesmerising site! We also went scuba diving as the waters was swallow and swam in the crystal blue waters that is perfect for young kids as the waves are gentle with swallow waters. There is plenty of trees which provide adequate shelter and is home to many beautiful birds such as parrots!
If you plan of travelling to this beautiful beach, be sure to book a beach house to experience waking up to the sunrise and the free flowing air that comes through the open windows. The beach house is perfect for large group of friends or even for couples who would like to indulge in a private getaway!
Hyams Beach does not attract a lot of tourists, therefore is a perfect getaway where the only sounds are the birds whistling and the waves hitting the shore. I recommend everyone visit this beautiful destination for relaxing and reconnecting with nature!
